2008 – 2016
A fully operational beauty salon, multiple-time winner of municipal awards as the best personal care business in Novosibirsk. Launch of a multidisciplinary training center
2016 – 2021
Launch of the first cosmetic brands and development of the VELVET L&B technology for working with natural lashes and brows. Over 500 representatives in 40 countries during this period
2021 – 2023
Launch of the INIT Moscow Business School of Cosmetology and Aesthetics. Introduction of the professional peptide cosmetics brand INIT PROFESSIONAL. Opening of a production line in Novosibirsk and the start of contract manufacturing
2023 – 2025
Opening of a branch in Dubai (UAE). Launch of six more proprietary brands — ranging from professional lines to mass-market. Participation in international exhibitions and conferences, collaborations with medical centers and public figures
